Volunteers are the core of Gilda’s Club NYC and we would not be able to offer our free program to cancer patients and their families without the time, energy, and commitment of our volunteers.
Gilda’s Club NYC offers a range of ways for individuals to volunteer, from an afternoon to an ongoing basis. Help support our organization while meeting new people and being one of 300 volunteers who last year provided more than 3,465 hours of service – the equivalent of $81,565 in savings.
- You must be 18 years old or older to volunteer at Gilda’s Club
- Complete and submit an application
- Attend a volunteer orientation
- Volunteers working with children may be required to undergo a background check
Are you a corporation or small group looking to volunteer as a group? Visit our Corporate and Small Groups Volunteer page.
