On April 19th, we welcomed our volunteers to the Clubhouse for an evening of food, drinks and good company to celebrate and thank them for their generous commitment to the Red Door Community mission.
The theme of the evening was Paris, complete with a delicious crepe station, a mini Eiffel Tower, and a beautiful performance by harpist, Pia Salvia from La Vie En Rose, French & Jazz Band.
While a single night can never thank our volunteers enough, we hope they understand how important they are to the sustainability of our program.
Volunteers provide over 3,000 hours of service annually. They facilitate our workshops, provide administrative support, and help out at internal member events and external fundraising events. They represent us at health fairs, serve as ambassadors, Board members, and Associate Board members, seasonally decorate Noogieland, our children’s space, and so much more.
On behalf of the entire staff at Red Door Community, thank you so much to everyone who has volunteered their time and talents in support of our program and members.
